Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? We've got answers. Here are some of the most common questions we receive about the Casino Royale Bot.
Why can't I manage user balances as a server owner?
User data, including coin balances, is stored centrally and tied to a user's Discord ID, not to a specific server. This decentralized approach ensures that a user's balance remains consistent across all servers they share with the bot. It also serves as a critical security measure to prevent abuse, as server owners cannot arbitrarily change user balances.
How do I get started with the Casino Royale Bot?
Getting started is a two-step process:
1. First, a user with administrator permissions must invite the bot to your Discord server.
2. After that, the server admin needs to visit our website, log in with Discord, and go to the dashboard to set up the bot. This includes selecting the specific channels where the bot is allowed to be active. Once configured, all users can start playing!
How can I get free coins?
You can claim free coins regularly using the /daily
and /weekly
commands. Additionally, keep an eye out for special codes released by our partners or on our official support Discord server!
Are the casino games provably fair?
Our bot uses winning chances that are very similar to real-life casinos. Our goal is to create an experience that feels realistic while still being fun and engaging for everyone.
Can I view my personal game history or statistics?
You can use /stats on your Discord Server. In the Future we will provide your stats on our Website for you.
Can I transfer my coins to another user?
Yes! You can transfer your Mad_Coins to other users with the /pay
command. Just specify the user and the amount you wish to send.
As a server admin, how can I configure the bot?
All server-specific settings, such as defining the channels where the bot is active, are managed on our website. To access these settings, you need to log in with a Discord account that has 'Administrator' permissions on your server.
What permissions does the bot need?
When you invite the bot, it requests administrator permissions. This is to ensure it can correctly interact with users in all channels you activate on the website, including reading messages, sending replies, and using slash commands.
A command isn't working or I found a bug. What should I do?
If you encounter any issues, please let us know! For the fastest support, please join our official support Discord server and describe the problem. Alternatively, you can contact us via our support email. Our team will look into it as soon as possible.
What happens to my balance if I leave a server?
Your balance is safe! Since it is linked to your personal Discord account, leaving a server does not affect your coins. If you join another server where the bot is also present, you will have the exact same balance.
