  • You are responsible for your own actions while using the Bot.
  • You agree not to abuse the Bot's functions. This includes, but is not limited to, exploiting bugs, spamming commands, or attempting to disrupt the Service.
  • The virtual currency ("Mad_Coins") within the Bot has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Casino Royale Bot. The Bot is protected by copyright and other laws of Germany and foreign countries.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Casino Royale Bot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of virtual currency, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide notice of any new terms. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
